We recommend 2 weeks. Notice time may vary depending on the order size and custom details. Contact us and inquire if you need last minute cakes. Availabilities may also vary.

Pick up: Please book a 15 mins time slot for your pickup. Please inform us 1 (one) hour prior to arrival so we can work on the final packaging. Please note this one hour is crucial otherwise you may be subjected to wait. We are located at 109 Wolseley St. ORIGAMI LOFT ENTRANCE. Text 647-272-7254 on arrival. Delivery: We offer delivery within 3.5km and it is $35 via Uber Connect. You MUST meet the courier out front of your location. We will text or call you with an ETA approximately 30 mins prior to cake departure to confirm your availability.

When you receive your cake from us, it will always be in a chilled state. To serve, let it come to room temperature (2 - 4 hours) in the box. If you are serving it the next day, please keep the cake chilled and remove it 2 - 4 hours prior to serving with the same instructions above. Cakes containing perishables or cheese products must be refrigerated at all times. Cakes without perishables can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days (although this is not advised in any temperature beyond 21C degrees). Cakes served at room temperature yield best results.

All our smash cakes are made out of 100% Belgian Chocolate and this also means that they are more sensitive to heat! We can't emphasize enough how fast you need to get this from one fridge to the next and only smash it cold! Please transport with care; Carry the box flat and do not tilt or shift the box.

After our quick consultation and you are satisfied with cake details, design and quote, please e-transfer the full amount to kayzpopz00@gmail.com We also accept cash payments where you will receive a 13% discount. Cash must be dropped off in person at our location. Your order is secure and confirmed after we confirm your payment.

Due to the high volume of orders, we require at least 2 months advance notice for the request. For more specific details, catering prices and deposit requirements, please contact us directly.

We offer reduced sugar but not vegan options at this time. Reduced sugar is up to 25%.

Yes absolutely! Just specify this on the order form please!

Please see below for pickup hours. Please also indicate a 15 mins block where you will arrive for your cake on the date requested. Please try to arrive within your time block as it is reserved for you and your item will already be removed from the fridge. Late fee of $20 applies for late pickups beyond one (1) hour up to a maximum of two (2) hours. After two hours, you are required to reschedule your cake pickup for the next business day while the late fee still applies.

We are located in downtown Toronto near Bathurst and Queen St. West. We operate by appointments only therefore you will be advised of our address after your order is confirmed. 109 Wolseley Loft - ORIGAMI LOFT entrance. Please note that we are not a storefront therefore walk-ins will not be accommodated.

Orders cannot be altered up to 72 hours to pickup/ delivery time. Designs that include custom cake toppers cannot be altered once your payments are made. Designs that include real flowers, fondant designs and chocolate designs cannot be altered up to 72 hours to pickup/ delivery time. All designs excluding real flowers, fondant designs and cake toppers CAN be altered until up to 72 hours to pickup / delivery time.
